    No. If you have your own authority, we provide the technology platform you need to search, book, and manage loads. Our people will help with most additional back office support.
  • Who are considered shippers?
    Shippers are considered suppliers or owners of commodities or brokers whose clients have loads to be shipped.
  • Do you screen brokers?
    Yes. Once a broker opens a free account, we use the information they provide to verify that they have an active MC authority with the FMCSA.
  • I am a carrier, when can I start moving loads?
    Carriers can start moving loads after their account is verified. You will receive an email once your FMCSA Authority is confirmed to be active.
  • How is carrier payment handled?
    Carriers still need to invoice shippers /brokers or factor their loads as usual. Once shippers/brokers pay your invoice or you factored your load, you can move that particular load’s status to “Paid”.

    Yes, inmayinc.com is a freight marketplace. We make our freight marketplace technology available to carriers, brokers, and shippers to use independently.
  • I have more than one (1) user in my company, can I add multiple users?
    Yes.
  • I have more than one (1) type of users in my company, do you support multiple types of users?
    Yes. You can add admin users, dispatchers, and drivers. Each user type will have a slightly different view. For example, dispatcher users cannot add other users or see financials whereas administrator users can.
